Our 2 core reports both meet ASTM guidelines for a Property Condition Assessment

Checklist Report- Includes a full visual inspection and photographs for the exterior, interior, roof, grounds, mechanicals, electrical, and plumbing.

Due Diligence Report- In addition to everything included in the Checklist Report, the Due Diligence report also includes:  Cost Analysis for 1/3/5 years, Thermal Imaging photos/report for roof/electrical/plumbing, CAD Drawings that show defects for roof/exterior/interior, and inclusion/analysis of available maintenance and municipal records.
